I noticed a few details : the nails are too blurred, as the penis (the head is not well defined, it seems it’s only a color change. You could try to put more relief.).
Plus, the balls don’t hang enough, lower would be better
It’s a bit strange because the pubic hairs are seems really dark and numerous, but they are flat. I guess you did because it is hard to do very realistic hairs…
